Digital Product License

Beat purchases use a separate MP3 + WAV beat license. The terms below apply to drum kits.

A drum-kit purchase grants one customer a non-exclusive license to use the included sounds in original musical productions, including commercial releases. The sounds may be edited, layered, and processed within new music.

The raw files, modified copies, or substantially similar competing kits may not be resold, redistributed, shared, sublicensed, uploaded as standalone samples, or included in another sample pack.
